Yellow Submarine is one of greatest albums The Beatles ever released. At
the beginning, it was just the soundtrack from "Yellow Submarine" - the
animated motion picture. But soon it developed a life of it's own - and
some of the songs are now like the symbols of The Beatles - like title
song "Yellow Submarine" or "All You Need Is Love".
"Yellow Submarine", like "Sergeant Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band",
is a concept album. For this album, The Beatles chose idea of Pepperland
- a magical land beyound Sea Of Time, Sea Of Holes, Sea Of Monsters and
so on. They thought of themselves as persons from Pepperland and that's
what we got from all this - "Yellow Submarine".
Take a trip down to Pepperland! All you have to cross is Sea Of Cables.
